Spring 2010 Weekend Referee Course
USSF GRADE 8 ENTRY LEVEL COURSES

The Next Course is planned for Spring 2010.

This Course will run from 8am to 6pm both Saturday and Sunday. Registration for the Weekend Summer 2009 Entry Level Course will start July 30, 2009. To register for the Weekend Course, students must  complete the Online USSF Referee Form,  pay the course fee of Thirty Dollars ($30) payable by check until August 17, 2009 then after August 17, 2009 in CASH to Craig Proffen and providing the information in an advance email to Craig Proffen with "Summer 2009 Weekend Course" as the subject line:

1- Full Name            2- Full Mailing Address   3- Date of Birth   4- Home Phone #  
5- Student’s Cellular Phone # &/or Alternate/Work Phone #   6- Student's Email Address(es).
           
The course fee and USSF Registration Form needed to have been sent by mail in advance to Craig Proffen at: 3630 Underoak Drive  Ellicott City, MD 21042-3929. 

    
 A confirming email announcement will be sent to everyone accepted to the course once their registration is completed (normally within 3-5 days of receipt).


The course is  to be held at the new Administrative Office of the Soccer Association of Columbia/Howard County. The address is 4560 Centennial Lane just off Route 108 at the sign: Northrop Fields at Covenant Park.

STUDENTS WITH ANY SPECIAL NEEDS MUST MAKE THOSE REQUESTS NO LATER THAN 30 DAYS PRIOR TO THE START DATE OF THE COURSE.

 As Regional Instructional Coordinator, any groups that would like to sponsor a course sooner should contact me via email with their request.
