Referees should always S.E.E. a Good Game!!
S. - Safety - A safe game for all players.
E. - Equality - The game should be called "Fair & Even" for both teams.
E. - Enjoyment - The game should be fun & enjoyed by all involved.
Referees who leave the Field of Play with a Smile, probably were able to S.E.E. a Good Game.
